By accessing this website, registering for events, submitting payments or deposits, or participating in any event, tasting, or trip, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Organizer and Brand Scope
The services described on this website are offered under multiple brands, including Pour Across America and Glass Nomad, all operated by the same Organizer. These Terms and Conditions apply equally to all activities unless stated otherwise in writing.
2. General Use of Website
This website provides information related to wine education, tastings, curated events, and group travel experiences. Content may be updated or removed at any time.
3. Eligibility and Age Requirements
All wine tastings and alcohol-related events are strictly limited to individuals 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued identification may be required.
4. Wine Tastings and Events
Wine tastings and events are educational and experiential. The Organizer does not encourage excessive alcohol consumption. Participants assume responsibility for their consumption and conduct. Event details may change without notice. Tickets and reservations are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
5. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred.
6. Trips and Group Travel
For all trips, domestic or international, the Organizer acts as a curator and coordinator only, not as a licensed travel agency. All travel services are provided by independent third-party operators. Deposits may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
7. Payments, Deposits, and Refunds
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors, including but not limited to Stripe or other platforms selected by the Organizer.
8. Taxes and Fees
Participants are responsible for applicable taxes or fees. The Organizer reports income in accordance with applicable law.
9. Health, Allergies, Conduct, and Insurance
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate. Events may involve food, wine, shared glassware, and common allergens.
Participants are solely responsible for informing the Organizer, in writing and well in advance, of any food allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or life-threatening health concerns. Failure to disclose constitutes assumption of risk. The Organizer cannot guarantee accommodation of undisclosed conditions.
Participants are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund.
10. Photography and Media
Participants grant permission for photographs and recordings to be used for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.
